At Insurance Pro, the well-being of our customers and employees is always our top priority. Although most of the insurance process can be handled over the phone and through email, here is what we are doing for face-to-face consultations at our office:
- All employees wear a mask at all time while at work.
- We require our clients to wear a mask or face covering at the time of their visit. In case you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you.
- We routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces, following CDC guidelines.
- We wash our hands frequently with soap and water and use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- We are keeping 6 feet “social distancing” recommendation.
- All employees and clients with COVID-19 related symptoms must remain home until they are tested negative.
