Our Story

Insurance Pro Florida was founded by Juan Carlos Lugo-Doitteau and Adlyn Milena Lugo-Doitteau — two bilingual professionals with deep roots in Central Florida’s Hispanic community. What started as a mission to bridge the insurance knowledge gap for Spanish-speaking families has grown into one of the fastest-growing independent insurance agencies in the region, with approximately 130 licensed agents across multiple states.

From day one, our philosophy has been simple: an informed client is an empowered client. We don’t sell policies — we educate families and help them choose the coverage that truly fits their needs, doctors, prescriptions, and budget.
